I've been trying to incorporate this into my lifestyle plan by drinking copious amounts of coffee all day long and jogging in the evening. Actually the coffee probably has more to do with the fact that I always seem to be on the drowsy side at work. The jogging is a reaction to the otherwise inevitable gut inflation that seems to occur. In any case, both of the above "ingredients" have increased, one to positive effect, the other, well... I hope it's ok.

I am now finally experiencing a somewhat normal summer after a particularly unusual number of trials and setbacks. In any case, I have recovered well after my surgery, and so I am slowly able to increase the amount I am running. I am also finally working and paying back some long delayed bills. I am in a clerical position that has been working out well so far. Since I am so overdue, I will try to add more tomorrow. שָׁלום
